I just recently received my new iPhone case in the mail! I illustrated the artwork, then uploaded it and had my case custom made. I love the way it looks, but after dropping the phone a few times (of course), I’m not super thrilled with the durability of the case. However, I’m going to keep on researching some more durable options and hopefully keep you posted with a phone case available for purchase. The joy of life! xo, l

I’m so, SO glad to finally announce that the Lindsay Letters Shop is up! I have a relatively small bit of products right now–a handful of my most frequently requested pieces such as custom stamps and the O Holy Night Canvas. I’m so excited to continue to add to the shop and watch it grow into even more pieces that I think you might enjoy. I just added these sweet Mr & Mrs chair backs last night, and there will be more chalkboards to come!

What are you waiting for? Go on and take a peek! xo, l {the above photo was taken by Sarah Axelson at a recent wedding she designed. Hopefully more to come on that fabulous party sometime soon!}

I had the BEST weekend, filled with wonderful, much-needed time with girlfriends. It started on Friday when Steph and I packed up our girls [which was an event in and of itself] and headed to downtown Rockford, Illinois for the City Market.

[Haha–don’t they look so thrilled?] I was SO excited to finally get to the City Market. I’m the first to admit that I’m not always the hugest fan of Rockford, but I am a huge believer in investing in your local community. Eat local, shop local, and when your community does something cool, give it your best shot to be there. That said, this is the first time I went. I LOVED it! It was a beautiful night, and Eva and Emara were such troopers. Basically, it’s a little like a farmer’s market, but in the evening and with less produce and more randomness. Our first stop was putting in our order for Woodfire Brick Oven Pizza. Delicious.

Anything that you can eat with your hands while sitting outside and people watching is good news with me. Yes, please. We talked and browsed and enjoyed watching the girls experience the world from their strollers.
To top off the night, we brought home a chocolate strawberry baby bunt cake for dessert. Seriously?! Who know buttercream made with almond milk could be so delicious? The Just Bundts people. That’s who.

The evening was just what I needed after a long week. Perfection. Hope you had a wonderful weekend! xo, l

I illustrated this ad for Poska last month and spent some time today turning it into a postcard. I love doing work for Louise. She always has the best inspiration and her shop is always beautifully curated. This particular project was super heavily influenced by In and Out of the Garden.

If you’re in the Rockford area, stop in at Poska and get yourself a topiary… and lots of other fun things you didn’t know you needed. (The basil one is the BEST. YUM!) xo, l

Hello! I have so many fun things to share, but for now I just have these small bits of randomness.
– We are back from Kentucky! We went last year and loved it, and this year was just as fun. (WAY different with a 7ish month old!). Will post about a few highlights soon.
– I lost my iPhone somewhere between mile marker 116 and Kentucky. In case you’re not one for doing math, that means I’ve been cell-phone-less for one week and 3 days. (!!!!!) If you have seen an iPhone in a red polka dot case laying lonely in a gas station parking lot somewhere in the Bible belt, it’s mine. Please send it back to me. At least the photos…
– We all have colds. D, E, and I. Having a cold when you’re on your own is one thing, having a cold when your baby has a cold is quite another.
– Eva is hilarious these days. I call her Stitch. Like that crazy animal from Lilo & Stitch. What a goofball!
– We have a van now. We are officially a van family. D won’t let me drive it. Ironic.
– Things are looking better around here, yes?! I’m finally finishing up my little website mini makeover. As these things go, nothing is ever “finished,” but I feel quite at home here and I hope you do, too.
– I officially miss blogging. I hope to be doing more of it. And sleeping. I’d like to blog and sleep more… and read more… and run more… and…
– Tonight I got to cheer on Emily with my family, while playing with a crazy, snotty, wonderful baby and eating these things (Thanks, Ran & Ty):

I hope your week is off to an excellent start! I’m knee deep in invitation calligraphy, emails, and snotty kleenex, but glad to be home and back at it. Enjoy your Tuesday! (And go get yourself some Gigi’s Cupcakes, too!) xo, l
